About Us

Hi, I'm Shelby!

An acreage in south eastern Saskatchewan is where I call home with my husband Carson, my son Sonny and two fur babies Buda & Frankie. I love small towns, dirt road cruises, campfires, and a good day in the city shopping. I’m a proud hunter, lash and brow technician, and a jack of most trades in the design & home world. I believe everything is "figure-out-able" and most things that I know how to do have been self taught simply by trial and error. It's my favourite way to learn! I have a love for homesteading and the "old" way of living. I am as introverted as they come and will do anything and everything for those I love.

I have a love for design that sparks creativity, I gravitate toward work that requires thinking outside the box. Helping create a functional, unique, and beautiful space using non-traditional methods is what drives me. I strive to make spaces energetic and feel as good as they look. Over the years I have worked organically through many aspects of design. Specializing in project organization, design finishes, and final staging/styling. 

Copperfront was created to utilize my creativity and to share my love for all things home with you. Copperfront is a combination of design, diy, custom builds, shopping & lifestyle.
